More than 400 free tickets to get into the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show will be given away by Yokohama Tire Corporation between now and just before the show's opening on November 30.
Yokohama is the "Official Tire of the LA Auto Show" and is conducting a Facebook contest to give away tickets to both the show at large and the Sneak Preview Night before the show opens to the public. Residents of Southern California are welcome to try to get their tickets by vising the Yokohama Tire Facebook page and entering.
100 winners will receive a four pack of tickets to the general show, which runs from November 30th to December 9th. Five lucky winners will receive two tickets each for the Sneak Preview Night (normally $125 per ticket), which is part of the show's charity event with hors d'oeuvres and charity auctions and giveaways. In all, more than 400 tickets will be given away.
This year's LA Auto Show will feature many great things. Nicolas Zart outlined what to expect here. General Motors, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, and others will all be showcasing innovative designs and ideas for law enforcement, tomorrow's highways, and future propulsion systems.
The LA Auto Show is also traditionally a place where many automakers debut brand new models and concepts for North America, getting a jump on the largest auto show on this side of the globe, which happens in Detroit just a couple of months after the LA show.
It's an exciting show and is one of the most looked forward to shows in the nation. It's the last major show of the year.
