Exclusive 2015 Mercedes S-Class Coupe Edition 1 is a dream car

There are a few cars out there that will get your performance juices flowing, and the all-new 2015 Mercedes S-Class Coupe is one of them. Mercedes announced that the 2015 Mercedes S-Class Coupe is available for order now in Europe. The dream car will be delivered to Mercedes-Benz showrooms this September. But they also announced the exclusive 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe Edition 1 that is even more special.

Mercedes will launch this ultra-exclusive Edition 1 S-Class Coupe that will be available for a limited period. The Edition 1 includes highlights such as the LED Intelligent Light System with Swarovski crystals and the exclusive interior package featuring seats in designo exclusive nappa leather.

What makes the 2015 Mercedes S-Class Coupe Edition 1 special? It starts under the hood. The new S-Class Coupe is powered by a handcrafted 5.5-liter biturbo V-8 producing 577-hp and a massive 664 lb-ft of torque. That’s a 41 hp increase compared to the previous CL 63 AMG model. Mercedes-AMG will offer the high-performance coupe with their 4MATIC all-wheel drive that will keep all four corners firmly planted at high speeds. How fast is the new S-Class Edition 1 Coupe? It will sprint from 0-60 mph in as little as 3.9 seconds. It will have an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. That will get any performance fan excited.

The exclusive S-Class Coupe Edition 1 will be available only for a short time during the cars launch. Exterior treatments will include, LED Intelligent Light System with Swarovski crystals and Night View Assist Plus with Spotlight function. The interior is embellished with the following features: Interior Exclusive package which includes seats in designo Exclusive nappa leather with contrasting topstitching and piping in crystal grey/black or Bengal red/black.

Other Edition 1 treatments include and instrument panel with contrasting piping, front and rear center armrests and door panels in nappa leather with contrasting topstitching, roof lining and sun visors in DINAMICA microfibre, designo floor mats with edging in nappa leather and featuring designo, badges / AMG exclusive floor mats with edging in nappa leather in grey or red with AMG badge.

It will also come with a 3-spoke multifunction sports steering wheel in wood/leather / AMG 3-spoke sports steering wheel with "Edition 1" lettering, high-gloss black poplar wood trim, door sill panels with illuminated "Mercedes-Benz" lettering / "AMG" lettering, electric sunblind for the rear window, and Swarovski crystals on the center console in the front (S 63 AMG only).

How much will this exclusive "Edition 1" S-Class Coupe cost you? Models in Germany start at $193,018 US. This is a dream car for driving and performance enthusiasts. Not many will roll off the assembly line, and you will be in an exclusive club if you own one.
