Have you seen someone who owns a Subaru vehicle that is passionate about the brand and their car? Meet Vanessa who owns a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. Vanessa has been a Subaru Ambassador since 2015 and she is helping to shape the future of the brand with her passion and enthusiasm. She’s spreading the word about Subaru and her "go-anywhere" all-wheel-drive Crosstrek subcompact SUV.
The Crosstrek is the perfect vehicle for her because she’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves sports, traveling and anything that involves her Siberian husky. Vanessa says, “My Subaru is perfect for me because it's got room for any adventure but still compact and comfy!”

What is a Subaru Ambassador?
Vanessa is part of an exclusive group of energetic individuals who are volunteers, are not paid for their time spent spreading the word about the Subaru brand. They do get free goodies like official Subaru Ambassador apparel and other Subaru gear that helps them as they talk about the cars they love. It’s their passion as they partner with Subaru to be an extension of the brand.
Vanessa is supplied with the latest information and gear that she can give away to other Subaru owners as she travels in her Crosstrek. You might spot her out in the mountains of Washington where she lives as she takes pictures with her Canon camera. Vanessa says, “My Subaru helps get me to those perfect places for pictures!”
Subaru is always on the lookout for passionate Subaru owners like Vanessa to play an important role in shaping the brand’s future. Subaru has an application for those who want to be an Ambassador who are willing to “represent our brand with honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm.” Subaru says they must follow the Subaru Love Promise, a pledge to “do right by the communities in which we all live and work.”
Subaru is looking for others to spread the word
If you see a Subaru Ambassador like Vanessa out with their Subaru Crosstrek, Forester, Outback, or another model, go up and say hi, and talk about your all-wheel-drive vehicle with them. You could get some free Subaru gear. Subaru is not just a car company, it's a lifestyle brand.
