Move Over Cybertruck, the Tesla Robot Toy Is The Rave, One Was On eBay For $10,000, “I Tried To Buy One, It Sold Out In Less Than 24 Hours”

If you want one of the hottest new toys for the Holidays, you are out of luck. The Tesla Bot Action Figure is the rage, and it’s already sold out.

The $40 Tesla Bot Action Figure is the rage now.

Have you seen the hottest new toy for the Holidays? It’s the Tesla Bot Action Figure, and if you want one, it’s too late; it’s already sold out.

A report from Automotive News says, “Tesla Inc. has plenty of Cybertrucks looking for new owners, but its newest product — a 7-inch-tall toy version of the humanoid robot it’s developing — is much tougher to find in time for the holidays.”

The $40 Tesla Bot Action Figure is only 7 inches tall, offers 20 points of articulation, and is now the hottest new toy. But you won’t find one unless you pay an exorbitant amount on eBay.

AN says the $40 Tesla Bot Action Figure sold out less than 24 hours after going on sale on November 16. As a result, the toy was going for $300 to $500 on eBay. “One was listed for $10,000, though the seller acknowledged a willingness to consider all offers.”

I tried to buy the toy last week.

I wanted to buy the new Tesla robot for my 10-year-old grandson. When I tried to buy one last week, it was already sold out in less than 24 hours.

The action figure is a miniature facsimile of Optimus Prime, the robot that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has claimed will go on sale in 2026.

Tesla’s website says, “Your mini autonomous assistant and humanoid friend. The Tesla Bot Action Figure is a 1:10-scale collectible and playable figurine precision engineered with over 40 individual parts and 20 points of articulation to look—and move—like our Gen 2 humanoid robot.”

Features:

  • 40+ individual parts
  • 20 points of articulation
  • Dimensions: 2.16" wide x 7.16" (5.5cm wide x 18.2cm high)
  • Weight: 1.7oz (48g)

The bot figurine comes with a charging stand and a mini CyberHammer.

AN says it’s the latest in a long series of nonautomotive Tesla accessories that often sell out almost instantly, including a “$50 Giga Texas belt buckle, a $40 angular mug called the CyberStein, and the actual CyberHammer, which went for $700 last spring.”

I tried to buy the toy last week, but it was already sold out. I was hoping to surprise my grandson with it for the holidays, but it seems I'm not the only one who had that idea.

You can find many Cybertrucks for sale, but the new Tesla Bot Action Figure is the rage now for the holidays. It’s sold out, and you’ll have to pay much more than $40 to get one now.
