Consumer Reports analysts have taken the time to help car shoppers find the best new SUVs that may be too good to pass on due to their determination that these 10 high-scoring models do well in performance, reliability, safety, and owner satisfaction.

CR analysts compiled this list of SUVs ranked through an evaluation of their top Overall Scores per CR’s rigorous testing and analysis:

“Our Overall Score encompasses a vehicle’s performance in our road tests, which include more than 50 detailed evaluations at CR’s Auto Test Center; the latest results from the reliability and owner satisfaction sections of CR’s exclusive Annual Auto Surveys,” stated CR analysts in their latest news release.
