Alexis Ohanian's Cybertruck
Alexis Ohanian, a cofounder of Reddit and husband to Serena Williams, confirmed via X.com that a Cybertruck with a special "LA" decal on it was indeed his.
He was also called "The perfect Uber driver" by Clement Delangue who is seen outside his Cybertruck. Alexis responded to this with "Great seeing you IRL! Keep up the good fight for opensource."
Alexis also said:
"It runs even nicer than my Model X and makes me feel like I'm in the APC from Aliens. What's not to love??"
Elon Musk responded, "Glad you like it"
This comes shortly after Jay Leno was seen driving Foundation series Cybertruck #5 and after Spike Lee confirmed that he put in an order for the Cybertruck 2 years ago.
The Tesla Cybertruck has been in the news a lot lately. Tesla sent a guide to its 48-volt architecture to the CEOs of all other auto companies.
Shortly after that, Jim Farley of Ford confirmed that he got the document about implementing the 48-volt architecture. It will be a matter of time to see if Ford and other auto companies decide to upgrade a 70-year-old 12-volt system in its future vehicles.
Jim Farley, CEO of Ford, received the free 48-volt architecture guide today, sharing gratitude and how it was good for the industry. Elon Musk responded with, "You're welcome"https://t.co/6oleSSdjNj$TSLA @Tesla @torquenewsauto #48volt #ford #evs

Foundation Series Cybertrucks
Tesla created 1,000 Foundation series Cybertrucks with special features just for early reservation holders. These Cybertrucks have special engravings and emblems.
They also come with lifetime premium connectivity.
The Cybertruck is also the first production truck to implement a 48-volt architecture and to implement steer-by-wrire, which detaches control of the steering wheel directly to the front wheels and instead uses signals sent to the front and back motors.

The cost of these Foundation series Cybertrucks is more than the regular versions. However, the uniqueness and prestige is likely worth it to someone with the money to afford it.
There's a $120,000 Cyberbeast version that is part of the Foundation series.
There is also a $99,990 AWD version available as a Foundation series.
