Cybertruck Deliveries - Will They Happen In September?
On the latest video on the TorqueNews website about the Cybertruck, a comment was made on the video that someone received an email from Tesla about their dual-motor Cybertruck with FSD and that the delivery date was in late September in San Bernardino Country at the Upland showroom.
Whenever you read a YouTube comment, you have to be skeptical at first, however, let's take a look at this comment and see if there is truth to it. I looked at the YouTube account and there wasn't a picture of a person for the profile image or any listed channels, so the information about whom this is, is minimal.
I think the possibility that this is an employee getting a delivery is much higher than this being a customer getting a Cybertruck. We have seen many Cybertrucks being shipped to the Fremont factory, and I think this is the most likely possibility.
We are trying to get a screenshot or more information about the message Tesla sent to this person - if a message was even sent to begin with - and if we do get that, we'll share more details.
Regardless if this is true or not, it's obvious to me that the Cybertruck is very close to deliveries - to employees of Tesla and to customers because so many are being seen on the roads now and that means Tesla is getting to the point they are settling on a final production process.

What Types of Cybertrucks Will Be Available?
This person said that they are getting a dual-motor Cybertruck. When the Cybertruck was first made available to order, there was a dual-motor and tri-motor option. It is believable that a dual-motor Cybertruck will be available.
Elon Musk also said that there will be a quad-motor Cybertruck that will be able to drive like a crab, however, I don't think this will be available at launch. Tesla needs a more affordable option to start, and I think we'll see that in the dual-motor and tri-motor versions.
The Cybertruck will also be equipped with Tesla's latest hardware, which will be a step-up version from Hardware 3. This version is known as Hardware 4. The Cybertruck also has an incredibly strong stainless steel exoskeleton and will supposedly be bulletproof.
I'm looking forward to an announcement of the Cybertruck delivery event soon - it seems like it should be any day now!
