Tesla Track Mode On Frozen Lake In the Netherlands
A red Tesla is seen driving at high speeds on a frozen lake, following a circular pattern. The drone cuts to a blue Tesla doing the same thing. Both cars slide, but turn and stay within the frozen road while riding at a high speed.
Someone operating a drone with incredible skill was able to follow these Tesla vehicles being tested, showcasing the incredible handling that Tesla vehicles have.

In a remarkable display of engineering prowess, Tesla has once again pushed the boundaries of electric vehicle performance. This time, the testing ground was not a conventional track but the icy expanse of a frozen lake in the Netherlands. Here, Tesla's innovative Track Mode was put to the test under extreme conditions, showcasing the vehicle's exceptional handling and agility on the slippery surface.
I can attest to the incredible handling of Tesla vehicles on snow and ice. I've hit black ice a few times in my Model 3 RWD, and it wasn't too bad. The vehicle was able to correct itself and go back to driving forward after some slight movement back and forth.

If you have Tesla insurance, you probably don't want to go on a frozen lake or do any kind of rugged testing in your Tesla vehicle - because you'll get dinged for aggressive turning, hard braking, and possibly going over 85 miles per hour, which will cost you more in your insurance premiums.
Still, what sets Tesla apart on the frozen lake is its ability to make real-time adjustments to its driving dynamics. Sensors continuously monitor traction, adjusting power distribution in milliseconds to maintain stability. This instant adaptability is crucial for navigating the unpredictable surface of a frozen lake, where traction can vary dramatically from one moment to the next.

These types of benefits, such as handling in frozen weather, are a great opportunity for Tesla advertising. There are a lot of cold locations in the world, and having a heavy battery across the bottom gives you a great center of gravity.
This would be a great counter to the current cold-weather FUD that is surrounding EVs right now.
