Jaguar hands out top awards to US retailers

Automotive retailers and local dealerships are a vital part of the success that a brand has and its key to the customer relationship that each dealer tries so hard to culminate. A dealer may only have one shot to impress you and that is at the point of sale, then after the sale they have a second opportunity to win you over with the service department. Customer satisfaction can make or break you in the fast paced automotive world we live in. Treating the consumer correctly and maintaining a good working relationship is the best way to earn repeat business with auto consumers.

Each year JLR is proud to honor 32 of its US retailers with the Pride of Jaguar and the Land Rover Pinnacle Club Retailer Excellence Awards and with over 330 independently operated retail outlets in the US, it is quite an accomplishment. These awards are only handed out to a small percentage of the total dealers nationwide. The Pride of Jaguar and Land Rover Pinnacle Club winners are retailers who have excelled in several key core elements of business and have proven records of outstanding business practices. In the three categories of customer advocacy, sales, and business excellence only sixteen retailers per brand are chosen to be top performers.
