Jeep’s small but mighty 4x4 is getting a special-edition and a special color to show off its refreshed look. The 2023 Jeep Renegade is adding an Upland Edition and a new Solar Yellow paint color to show off its sunny disposition.
2023 Jeep Renegade Upland Edition
The Jeep Renegade is already known for having best-in-class off-road capability. In fact, the Renegade is one of the few small compacts rated for off-roading. The Upland Edition strengthens that performance with the addition of some styling cues to make the small SUV look even bolder. The Upland package adds a signature matte black hood decal, an off-road-ready front and rear fascia, cornering fog lamps, automatic headlamps, windshield wiper deicer, Gloss Black badging, 17-inch aluminum wheels and aggressive all-terrain tires.
The Upland adds some special touches to the interior as well with a 7-inch cluster display, premium black cloth bucket seats with bronze inserts, ambient lighting, Techno-leather steering wheel. It also features Uconnect 4 with a standard 8.4-inch touchscreen display which is the largest standard navigation system in its class.
Bringing Back a Color that Screams Spring
Jeep is making the Solar Yellow exterior paint color available across the entire 2023 Renegade lineup. In addition to Solar Yellow, the 2023 Jeep Renegade Upland edition is available in Alpine White, black, Colorado Red, Slate Blue and Sting Gray for a total of six exterior color options.
The Upland Edition is built off the Latitude model of the Renegade. There is also a Limited trim package. The Trailhawk version is the most highly rated for off-roading.
2023 Jeep Renegade
The Jeep Renegade Upland 4x4 model comes standard with a 1.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. It is rated at 177 horsepower and 210 lb.-ft. of torque. The Jeep Active Drive full-time 4x4 automatic system delivers seamless operation in and out of four-wheel drive, at any speed with no driver intervention. The Jeep Selec-Terrain system, provides four modes (Auto, Snow, Sand and Mud) for the best performance in any weather condition, is also standard.

The Jeep Renegade Upland package adds $595 to the cost of the Renegade. Orders are open now.
