The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Backcountry Adds Luxury to Off-Road Performance

Jeep's newest limited edition provides drivers with the opportunity to add a little more technology and luxury to their off-roading.

Jeep’s latest special edition takes all the creature comforts of the Wrangler 4xe Sahara and adds more trail expertise. The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Backcountry is designed for the people who want more out of their off roader. The Backcountry adds technology and comfort upgrades to a more rugged suspension.

"The Jeep Wrangler embodies the legendary Jeep spirit and the freedom to choose your own path,” said Bob Broderdorf, chief executive officer, Jeep brand. “The 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Backcountry is designed for customers who want to head off-road with help from built-in Adventure Guides and a front TrailCam. Then back at camp, enjoy their playlist on the nine-speaker Alpine audio system, power devices with the 4xe-exclusive Jeep Power Box and stay connected with onboard Wi-Fi."

One of the keys to the new Backcountry is a 4xe-exclusive addition called the Jeep Power Box. The Power Box can be used to power accessories. The Power Box plugs into Wrangler 4xe’s charge port, drawing energy from the high-voltage hybrid battery pack. It offers two duplex 120-volt, 15-amp outputs to power small appliances and accessories. Drivers who want to get away can take the party with them. They will have additional power to run small portable stoves or inflate mattresses. The Backcountry can provide the music, lights and the fun while not having to worry about running out of juice.
