The 2025 Jeep Wrangler is Going Green, Seriously Green

The Jeep Wrangler has the patented 4xe feature that electrifies the vehicle. Now, the iconic Wrangler has a neon green paint job to really stand out.

Looking to brighten up your spring? Jeep is out with a hot, new color to spice up both the 2025 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator. Every year, Jeep develops stand out colors to highlight its popular off roaders. This year’s vibrant color is a metallic shade of green called Mojito, like the popular tropical drink. Mojito was featured on the Wrangler seven years ago but is available on the Gladiator for the first time ever.

"At Jeep, we create vehicles that make a bold statement, “said Bob Broderdorf, CEO, Jeep brand. “The Jeep Gladiator and Wrangler embody this philosophy — they're designed for thrill-seekers, adventurers and those who dare to turn heads with standout colors like Mojito!”

I have reported on several of Jeep’s limited-edition colors in recent years, including Punk ’n Metallic orange, High Velocity yellow and my favorite Tuscadero pink. Nacho was also a very popular orange color as well as Sand beige or Gobi tan. Jeep also has another limited-edition color this year called ’41, which is a military drab olive green.

Many people go to aftermarket body shops to get a special color on their vehicles. One of the reasons to order the limited-edition color straight from the factory is that touch up paint will be more readily available and be available for a longer period of time.

Revised, More Affordable Jeep Pricing

Jeep has undergone a tumultuous few years. Under the previous head of Stellantis, Carlos Tavares, prices were raised more than other automakers. Customers balked at the prices and sales dropped off. Now, under new leadership, the 2025 Jeep Wrangler has been priced more affordably, starting at under $40,000.

Built For Adventure

It is no wonder that the 2025 Jeep Wrangler and the 2025 Jeep Gladiator recently tied for an award as the “Best Vehicle for Adventure”.

AutoTrader of Canada has chose the two Jeeps as the “Best Vehicle for Adventure” in its 2025 AutoTrader Awards. Apparently, the vote was a tie for the two Jeep models. This is the third time that the two vehicles, which are designed for both on and off-roading, have shared the Adventure award.

"This repeat recognition from the experts at AutoTrader.ca underscores that There’s Only One 4x4 brand which satisfies the drive to explore without limits," said Bob Broderdorf, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. "Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator stand as unparalleled siblings, delivering unmatched capability, exceptional open-air freedom, and iconic Jeep design, backed by over 80 years of 4x4 engineering excellence.”

The 2025 Jeep Wrangler

The Jeep Wrangler was designed for use during wartime 80 years ago. The Wrangler is easily the most recognizable vehicle worldwide. While it has been upgraded a number of times over the years, the Wrangler still has unmatched off-road capability, iconic styling, and advanced powertrains. Powertrain options include a 3.6-liter V-6, 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder, and a segment-exclusive plug-in hybrid 4xe. 2025 is expected to be the last year for the 6.4-liter V-8 engine: 470-horsepower and 470-lb.-ft. of torque, paired with eight-speed automatic transmission.

The Wrangler is designed for ultimate off-roading, with a body-on-frame design with solid axles, electronic lockers, a full-float Dana rear axle, and an available 8,000-lb. Warn winch.

The Wrangler also has updated infotainment and safety technology. The Wrangler has a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also has available 12-way power adjustable Nappa leather seats and side curtain airbags.

The 2025 Jeep Gladiator

The Jeep Gladiator which was engineered from the ground up to be the most off-road capable midsize truck ever, has been similarly upgraded in recent years. The Gladiator combines the rugged utility and design of the Wrangler with the versatility of a truck. It is available in four models, including the brand’s first Desert Rated Mojave. The Gladiator features a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine with 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. Gladiator offers 4x4 towing up to 7,700 lbs. and a best-in-class payload of up to 1,725 lbs.

The Gladiator interior includes side-curtain airbags, a forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, a Uconnect 5 system with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Gladiator is the only pickup truck in the industry with a folding windshield, three removable roof choices and removal doors.

How to Get the Mojito Green Color

Mojito green can be ordered now on all 2025 Jeep Gladiator models and most 2025 Jeep Wrangler models. The limited-edition exterior paint is priced at $595. The Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles are manufactured at the Toledo Assembly Complex in Ohio.
