Cadillac has a number of special events planned as it dedicates the next year to celebrating its V-Series of high-performance vehicles. One innovative way Cadillac will highlight its luxury and performance is through one of the most popular video games. The CT4-V and CT5-V Blackwings will be featured in Forza Horizon 5.
“The timing couldn’t be better for the V-Series Blackwings to arrive in ‘Forza Horizon 5’,” said Global Vice President of Cadillac Rory Harvey. “Since going on sale in 2021, both V-Series Blackwings have been in high demand, and it’s a thrill to see these iconic sedans come to life in a format that makes them accessible to millions of enthusiasts around the world.”
How Gamers Will Experience the Cadillac CT4-V and CT5-V Blackwings
Cadillac says both cars will be available in the upcoming Series 19 update, “Midnights at Horizon” for “Forza Horizon 5,” which is available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles, Windows PCs and Steam.
Both cars will be offered as seasonal rewards that players can earn by completing challenges and progressing through the “Forza Horizon 5” seasonal playlist. There is a time limit as to when each of the vehicles will be available.
The CT5-V Blackwing will be available to players as a seasonal reward from April 6 to April 12, 2023.
The CT4-V Blackwing will be available to players as a seasonal reward from April 20 to April 26, 2023.
The cars’ arrival in “Forza Horizon 5” marks the first appearance of the Cadillac V-Series Blackwing models in the “Forza” franchise. The 2013 Cadillac XTS limousine, 2016 CTS-V and ATS-V are all currently in the game.
