There is no question that a huge part of the Jeep magic is the ability to take the top off the vehicle and maybe even pop the doors off and truly enjoy the great outdoors. Now Jeep is teaming up with Mopar to offer enthusiasts an even more attractive option for the 2021 Jeep Wrangler.
Now you can order half doors for your Jeep Wrangler, so you can enjoy the outdoors even more and not have to worry about items falling out of the vehicle, if the doors are off. The Mopar Jeep Performance Parts half doors will make it safer to carry children or pets with you. The doors will give you the sense of being open-air, but still protect items you have in the vehicle. How many purses, backpacks and coolers have bounced out of Jeeps while off-roading! Jeep is now offering what it calls the Dual-Door Group that will give owners the chance to order the new half doors straight from the factory.

New Half Doors Straight From the Factory
It appears that for now, the Dual Door option is only available on a new vehicle purchase. Buyers are able to get the half doors and their choice of upper-window assemblies straight from the factory. The half doors are available for the two and four-door models of the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport, Rubicon, Sahara, Rubicon 392. They will also be available for the new Wrangler 4xe electric hybrid that is due this spring. The Wrangler Dual-Door package includes both full and half doors. The regular full-steel doors are installed on the vehicle and the perfectly matching half doors are stowed inside the vehicle.
Even better, because the half doors are straight from the factory, the half doors work with power mirrors, blind-spot detection, and power locks. The doors can be easily switched out using the door hinges and wiring connections.
New Window Options
The half doors give you the choice of two different upper window assemblies. Both offer a tight seal and have zippered plastic for easy removal. You can either order base-model vinyl or premium acrylic.

Warranty coverage for each Dual-Door Group option is included as part of the new-vehicle warranty of three years/36,000 miles.
