Corvette enthusiasts will be able to get their hands on a C7 Corvette for a fraction of the sticker price now that the 2020 C8 Corvette Stingray has been revealed. GM is selling the C7 models with a discount that almost hits $10,000. The exact discount a C7 Corvette buyer will get will be determined by the car’s configuration and specs, which can be combined with Chevrolet's $3,000 loyalty discount that has been around for a few months now.

Chevrolet has been looking for ways to incentivize current Corvette owners to get behind the wheel of a new C7 Corvette instead of waiting for the C8 Corvette. GM is offering a huge loyalty discount on brand new 2019 Corvettes in August 2019. Corvette discount offers topped out at $3,000 before this new incentive, but now, this new discount can net you over $9,000 off the C7 Corvette.

How You Get This Corvette Discount

Loyalty discount: $3,000 discount for current Corvette owners

Must be a current owner or lessee of a Chevrolet Corvette for at least 30 days prior to the new vehicle sale and purchase a new Corvette.

With a brand new C7 Corvette Z06 a potential buyer would see a savings of almost $9,500.00 including $6,400 for the supplier pricing and $3,000 for the loyalty incentive.

Why You Should Do This

There's a few reasons but ultimately it comes down to one big one. The C7 Corvette lineup is immensely impressive. If you don't want to wait for the C8 Corvette or potentially don't have an option to get one without serious dealership markup then maybe the C7 Corvette is for you.

The C8 Corvette will match the performance of the C7 Z06 and fall short of the performance of the C7 Corvette ZR1 so that means either one of these 2 cars could be for you if raw performance is your selling point.
