I recently spent a week behind the wheel of the 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe with the 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and with the 6th generation Camaro being built on the same Alpha platform chassis, this compact luxury coupe could preview a very good 4-cylinder Camaro for 2016.

When the last 2002 Chevrolet Camaro rolled off of the Oshawa Assembly Line, it was believed that we were seeing the final Camaro ever, but after a 7 year hiatus, the Camaro returned for the 2010 model year with a retro look and the newest versions of the LS engine series that powered the end of the 4th generation – with power levels never before seen from a GM muscle car.

The 2015 Chicago Auto Show opened to the media this morning and as was the case in Detroit, the next generation Chevrolet Camaro was only shown in a brief background video during a presentation for an unrelated vehicle – leaving us hoping that the 2016 Camaro will debut in New York in April.

A video has surfaced showing the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray drag racing against the all-wheel drive Tesla Model S P85D and unlike the video showing the Tesla victimizing a Hellcat Challenger with a terrible driver, the pilot of this new Corvette shows the electric sedan how it’s done – even though the Corvette has far less power and rear wheel drive.

The Chevrolet Corvette posted its worst sales month since the new C7 Stingray was introduced in October 2013, but even in a record-low month – the Corvette still comfortably outsold the next closest premium performance car sold in America, beating the Porsche 911 by a rate of almost 2-to-1.

he Wayne Taylor Racing #10 Corvette Daytona Prototype ran into a driver seat time issue late in the 2015 Rolex 24 at Daytona that forced driver Jordan Taylor to give up his chance at the win, but after further review by the IMSA officials, the Taylor Corvette was disqualified and moved from 3rd in class to last overall.

General Motors has issued a recall for a very small group of Chevrolet Corvettes over a concern that the a rear suspension component may not have been properly tightened during assembly - which could cause a major drivability issue if it comes completely unfastened.

The two Chevrolet Corvette C7.R race teams took to the track for the Rolex 24 at Daytona this past weekend and in the first race of the 2015 Tudor United Sports Car Championship season, the Corvette Racing teams were dominant in the GT LeMans class, taking the class win while the Corvette Daytona Prototype teams put two drivers on the podium in the fastest class.
