Tesla Engineers take The Cybertruck Through The In N Out Burger Drive Through

Tesla Twitter blogger Sawyer Merritt shared a rare video of a camouflaged Tesla Cybertruck stopping at In-N-Out Burger. The video quickly went viral, with many people commenting on the sight of the electric truck.

In the video Tesla engineers took the Cybertruck through the In-N-Out Burger drive-through yesterday.

What can I say: in my experience of following the Tesla Cybertruck, I think Cybertruck is a walking, silently talking, marketing machine, even when getting an In-N-Out burger.

Merritt's tweet has been liked over 10,000 times and retweeted nearly 1,000 times and viewed close to one million times by the time of this reporting. Many people have commented on the video, expressing their excitement about seeing the Tesla Cybertruck at In-N-Out Burger.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk commented under Merritt's tweet and wrote "it's a tradition." Apparently at Tesla it's a tradition that Tesla engineers take the new cars to In-N-Out Burger before the launch.

I think the end of September may still be looking good for Cybertruck's delivery event. Some people obviously want the Cybertruck to be delivered earlier. However, It'll take a while to get all of the tooling in place for just the interior. Thus, the end of September seems a reasonable date for Cybertruck's official launch. Yet, Tesla executives have confirmed Cybertruck's launch date.

Look at Cybertruck's wrap and color. We have not seen this before. "Tesla should sell it in that color scheme," comments Twitter user Steven T. It's an interesting color, but you can go to any shop that does wraps and get the same thing done.

Note how many people are filing the Cybertruck. I think this truck will be like an advertisement on wheels for Tesla once people start driving them around. And look what an advertisement Cybertruck just gave to In-N-Out Burger. I’ll never understand the obsession Californians have for In-N-Out.

I guess they don’t mind having people see a close-up of Cybertruck's interior then, unless that’s a temporary thing there. Drive through people have a very clear view of the interiors of cars when handing your food to you. But keep in mind that from what I have seen before the Cybertruck's interior is incredibly simple. There’s not much to look at.
