One of the aspects of the Ford Mustang that makes it so popular is the ease with which it can be customized. This allows modern Mustang owners to create and order a custom grille badge for their car, and for those owners who want to display that custom logo all over the place – Ford will sell you that logo on a shirt, cup or phone case.

Personalize Your Pony
Ford has put together a unique website for the “Personalize Your Pony” program and when you visit that page, you are greeted with the image above of the 2018 Mustang badge shifting from one color to another. Once you accept the legal jargon, you are taken to the next page where you pick the basis for your custom badge design. You can start with a blank canvas of the horse, picking your own colors, or you can pick from a list of pre-designed color packages.

After picking your colors, you then use a tachometer-styled tool to bend and shape the colors on your running pony badge. Click here for a closer look at the design website, but we will warn you, this is a good way to burn through lots of time at work.

Buy Your Custom Pony
Once you have designed your ideal customized Ford Mustang grille badge, you can order the real thing for your modern pony car for $68.75.
