As we reported back on October 17th, the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat carries a base MSRP of $62,295, which jumps to $63,995 when you factor in the $1,700 gas guzzler tax. The actual price out the door for the 707 horsepower Hellcat Charger sits at $64,990 when you add in the $995 destination fee. Basically, that is the smallest amount of money that you can expect to pay for a Hellcat Charger if you can find a dealership that will sell you one at MSRP.
Why This is an Incredible Price
This might seem like a whole lot of money for a Dodge Charger sedan, but when you consider the fact that the 2015 Charger SRT Hellcat is the most powerful 4-door sedan in the world (707hp), the fastest 4-door sedan in the world (204 mile per hour top speed) and the quickest 4-door sedan in the world (11.0 second NHRA certified quarter mile time), that price seems a bit more understandable. After all, the Hellcat Charger will destroy far more expensive sport sedans in almost any race with the closest competitor in terms of performance costing well over $200,000.

In short, if you want to go really, really fast in a large 4-door sedan that offers just as much comfort as it does performance, no car in the world can rival the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat.
Hellcat Charger Options and Prices
The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat comes very well appointed in standard form with all sorts of high tech goodies, leather everything and power everything. However, those folks who want more features, Dodge does present a few optional items.
On the inside, 2015 Charger SRT Hellcat buyers get standard leather SRT performance seats with Alcantara inserts in either solid black or bright red/black. Buyers can then add a Harman Kardon audio system for $1,995, a Laguna leather package in either solid black or sepia (light brown) and black for $1,795, red seat belts for $95 and a navigation program for $695. There is also an engine block heater for $95.
On the outside, 2015 Charger SRT Hellcat options include a black roof treatment for $1,500, a sunroof for $1,195, Brass Monkey bronze wheels for $395, 3-season high performance tires for $195 and any of the three premium paint colors - Ivory White Tri-Coat Pearl, Phantom Black Tri-coat Pearl and Redline Tri-Coat Pearl – for $500. Standard colors for the Hellcat Charger include Billet Silver, Bright White, Granite Crystal, Jazz Blue, Pitch Black, TorRed and my favorite, B5 Blue.
If you were to order a 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat with every single option and a premium paint color, the MSRP would sit right at $73,450…still a great price for a car that is so fast, so powerful and so loaded with technology inside and out.
