Jaguar has announced that it is launching an 18-city tour across the U.S. to introduce its new model lineup to consumers. The tour starts on April 13 in Arizona, then heads to California and continues throughout 2012. The road show is an attempt to educate luxury consumers on the safety standards, driving performance and model information pertaining to the Jaguar brand. Additionally, visitors can partake in the new Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience, which gives consumers the opportunity to receive a hands-on driving experience.
"The Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience provides consumers with a unique opportunity to fully experience the performance ability of our award-winning model line-up," said David Pryor, Brand VP of Jaguar North America in a Jaguar press release. "Coupled with the launch of the ALIVE marketing campaign, we are excited by the opportunity to introduce the Jaguar brand in a refreshed, contemporary way."
Consumers are invited to experience Jaguar’s full lineup including the XF sports sedan, XJ full size luxury sedan and the XK coupe and convertible. Attendees will have the opportunity to test drive each of these vehicles along with renowned instructors like Davy Jones, Adam Andretti and Roberto Guerrero. Unlike a typical dealership test drive, prospective buyers are encouraged to take each Jaguar model to its limits in a variety of closed simulated driving courses.
Aside from learning about new Jaguar models, guests will also be taught about the automaker’s rich history throughout a series of vehicle displays. In particular, vehicles like the E-Type and XKR-S will be showcased to educate visitors on Jaguar’s past technological and design innovations.
The first seven dates and venues are as follows:

• April 20-22 at Cricket Verizon Amphitheater, Irvine, CA
