Automakers have always offered options to entice customers to buy extras to customize their cars with factory add-ons. BMW has released a new video showing the fully optioned performance car is better than the stock M4 and you need to buy all these goodies. Do they make the new M4 any faster?
BMW offers everything from a carbon fiber front splitter, intake grilles, side skirts, rear diffuser, mirror caps, roof, and the rear spoiler mounted on the trunk. Customers can also order black double spoke 19-inch M alloy wheels, color coordinated blue brake calipers and the M body graphics with Alpine White paint.

On the inside M4 customers can customize with an Alcantara-wrapped M performance steering wheel, a race display, and carbon fiber trim. You can also get floor mats wearing the M logo and stainless steel pedal covers. Of course non of these options will make the new M4 any faster.
One option that is worth investing in is the $4,400 performance exhaust system. It improves the sound, and more importantly it reduces exhaust pressure and improves the performance of the 3.0-liter TwinPower turbocharged 6-cylinder powerplant. Of course you can finish out the system by spending more on the Akrapovic quad exhaust tips made of titanium. The new BMW M4 is a beautiful car fully loaded, but it will cost you to load up on all the available appearance options. Check out the M4 options here.
