Kelly Blue Book’s annual Best Buy Awards are full of Honda vehicles again. Their love affair with the brand continues as the 2020 Honda Civic, Accord, CR-V, Odyssey, and Clarity Plug-In Hybrid all receive KBB’s nod as being the best in their segment.
Honda has been highly-awarded by KBB in the past as the 2020 Civic was joined by Accord, CR-V, and Odyssey, which has each won their respective categories in five of the past six years, and the Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid repeats its class victory for the third time.

Why is Honda the best brand?
KBB Best Buys identifies the top vehicles in categories they say resonate with the majority of new car buyers. It’s hard to argue as the models are best-sellers in the U.S. and lead the compact, sedan, and small SUV segments.
Shoppers should have these vehicles on the list if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle before the end of the year. The Honda Civic is a perennial popular compact car with first-time buyers, Millennials, and multi-cultural customers. The Honda Accord defies the odds and continues to sell well in the U.S. market where SUVs account for nearly 50 percent of all car sales.

The Honda CR-V is a top-seller in the compact SUV category and competes against the Toyota RAV4, Subaru Forester, Mazda CX-5, Ford Escape, and Nissan Rogue. The Honda Odyssey could be the best minivan for families and gets high marks for safety and resale values.

Many buyers may not be familiar with the Honda Clarity which was all-new for the 2018 model year. It’s offered as an all-electric, fuel cell, and Plug-In Hybrid trims. The PHEV gets an EPA estimated 48-mile pure-EV range and the 5-passenger sedan starts at $34,330 including destination.
The Black Friday special offers are coming and it could be a good time to check out the new 2020 Honda Civic compact, Accord sedan, CR-V compact SUV, Odyssey minivan, and Clarity Plug-In Hybrid who all receive KBB’s nod as being the best in their respective category.
