Tesla is in the process of ramping up Cybertruck volume production. The EV maker produced the first release candidate Cybertruck only a few weeks ago, and since then, Tesla has produced close to 150 Cybertrucks.
Currently, Tesla’s Giga Texas factory is building 5 to 10 Cybertrucks a day. Last week, Elon Musk also revealed that Tesla has produced the first production candidate Cybertruck which is the final step ahead of the start of volume production.
This was an exciting milestone, however, the production candidate Cybertruck that Musk drove had several fit-and-finish issues prompting Musk to write a company-wide email to Tesla employees rallying them to improve Cybertruck tolerances to sub-10 micron levels.

Given the number of Cybertrucks Tesla has produced thus far and, several semi trucks that have been spotted transporting those trucks all over the country, there are rumors that Tesla is planning a first-of-its-kind delivery event where several Cybertrucks are delivered at once from a number of Tesla stores across the country.
Tesla has also officially started sending out Cybertruck delivery event invites where there is now an option to pay 30,000 Tesla credits to attend the event. Given all the information we’ve so far it suggests Cybertruck deliveries are imminent. However, despite all the Cybertruck sightings, there is still a lot we do not know about the truck.
Some of the biggest things we still don’t know about the Cybertruck include its range, price, battery size, charging speed, tech, and interior features. We will not most likely get a confirmation on some of those specs until Tesla finally delivers the truck, however, a few days ago, we received a confirmation at least for one of the components.
A new Cybertruck interior footage which appears to be taken during an official Tesla Cybertruck promotional video shooting shows off the rear of the vehicle. In the video, although shaky, we can clearly make out what appears to be a second screen for rear passengers.

Tesla likely tries out several configurations before finally settling on a design, so this doesn’t necessarily mean that the Cybertruck will have a secondary screen for rear passengers. However, the fact that this video was taken so close to the delivery event and that Tesla recently updated the Model 3 and gave the vehicle an 8-inch rear screen suggests that this interior feature will most likely launch with the Cybertruck.
The addition of a second screen to the Cybertruck makes the vehicle even more compelling than it already is. However, sadly, this is all the information we’re able to glean from the video posted on Cybertruck Owners Club.
Let us know if you are able to spot any new details in the video above. And we’ll be sure to keep you posted when we learn more about the Cybertruck’s details. Until then, make sure to visit our site torquenews.com/Tesla regularly for the latest updates.
So what do you think? Are excited to see the Cybertruck launch with a second screen for rear passangers? Also, what other features would you like the Cybertruck to have? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
