Tesla Warns Cybertruck Prices Will Go Up in 4 Days – Adds “You Should Take Advantage Now, or Else…”

Tesla announces that the promotional price for the Cybertruck will conclude after four days. Through the official Cybertruck account, the company urges prospective buyers to finalize their purchase before the prices increase.

Tesla has posted a warning that Cybertruck prices will increase in a few days. Specifically, Tesla says the $750 per month Cybertruck lease promotion will end in four days.

Over the past couple of months, Tesla has already reduced the Cybertruck lease price from $1,000 to $750 a month, representing a 25% decrease. However, Tesla is now suggesting that lease prices will soon go up.

Tesla made this announcement through the company’s official Cybertruck account on X.

Back in February 1, the official Cybertruck account announced that lease prices were going down, writing…

“Cybertruck leasing in the US now starts at $749/month

Better start making space in your garage.”

However, by quoting the above post announcing that prices are decreasing, the same Cybertruck account has issued a warning that prices will soon go up.

Tesla writes…

“Offer ends in 4 days”

Tesla also ups the threat writing…

“You should probably take advantage of this. Or else…”

If Tesla goes ahead with this plan, it will mark the first price increase for the Cybertruck since the company began deliveries in November 2023.

This is an interesting strategy considering widespread reports that Tesla is already having difficulty attracting enough Cybertruck buyers, even at these prices.

Looking at the Cybertruck ramp at Giga Texas, Tesla seems to have an oversupply of Cybertruck components already.

Recently, Tesla announced that it is producing enough 4680 cells to power 130,000 Cybertrucks each year; however, demand appears to be less than half of that.

However, looking at the comments, the imminent threat of Cybertruck price increase seems to have convinced some buyers to pull the trigger and lease a Cybertruck.

A potential Cybertruck buyer, Jason Koeninger shows he’s intrigued by the Cybertruck lease proposition, simply writing…

“Hmm…”

Another Cybertruck buyer ‘Cybertruck Mike’ writes…

“Make me a deal I can't refuse! 🧐

Promotional financing?”

Another Cybertruck buyer, Jacob Vega, says..

“Too bad I can’t lease a Cybertruck in my state…”

Overall, given Cybertruck demand as of late, it’s interesting that Tesla is planning to increase its prices. However, please let me know what you think in the comments. Like I want to pay already high prices for a truck. That has so many issues. And the company knows of safety issues and denies insurance claims. Even escaping in some crashes would be impossible if the windows dont break. And one person reported that they denied his insurance claim and said something about the break not disengaging the accelerator amd that's just a thing.

Massive safety issue. Massive blind spots. Uses materials that ruin the environment to get and often use hidden slave labor.

They have so many in parking lots and fields they will be cheaper next time. Unless they magically sell the them to a government.

"Hey, these aren't selling and they're piling up on the lots, what should do?"
"Let's raise the price, that'll do it!"

BYD builds better...cheaper...more reliable....can't wait to start importing them here. Elon thank you but way overpriced for what it is....terrible design ...interior fitment needs improving...alot of problems here that tesla dealers do not address...you may want to do something about that.

Don't waste your money. Based on reviews from current owners, the workmanship is poor, a lot of problems with the electrical system. Does not have good resale value. The question is why would lease or purchase a piece of junk.
