Tesla, "We Robot", Shared For The 10/10 Robotaxi Event - Here's Three Things That Will Happen

Tesla has just shared the phase, "We Robot" in reference to the 10/10 robotaxi event. This is what it means.

Tesla just shared a post, saying "We Robot", for it's 10/10 robotaxi event, along with the following statement:

What Does It All Mean?

Tesla is set to unveil the future of autonomy on 10/10, and I think this is what it means.

Tesla Will Introduce Their Ride Sharing App

Tesla has long stated that they will make a ride-sharing app, even sharing screenshots of what it might look like in the last earnings call. Elon Musk has said numerous times that an autonomous vehicle is far more valuable than a non-autonomous vehicle, and that autonomous vehicles will greatly increase the asset value of the cars that are autonomous.

Tesla will introduce their app, and they will start with using FSD supervised in order to summon rides. In other words, the app will summon a Tesla with a driver in it to start, and then, the same app, will summon Tesla vehicles without a driver in them. It will be a seamless experience to summon cars with a driver or not.

That will be the beauty of the Tesla ride-share app. You'll be able to pick a Tesla with a driver, a Tesla without a driver, or a dedicated robotaxi vehicle in the app. At least, that's what I see happening.

Tesla Will Unveil The Robotaxi Vehicle

The robotaxi vehicle is going to be unveiled on 10/10. This is coming much sooner than people think. It's in 15 days.

The dedicated robotaxi vehicle will have seats that face each other in the front and back, with screens for both. There will be no pedals and steering wheels to be seen anywhere, and it may even be a vehicle that has no windshield or back windshield.

This vehicle will be very simple and likely have an LFP battery and not built for performance, but instead for longevity. It will use the longest range tires Tesla can find, and be built to last with as few moving parts as possible.

I also believe Tesla will show off a wireless charging solution, and inner cleaning solutions for Tesla's dedicated robotaxi vehicle.

Tesla Will Show Off Autonomy Advancements And The Future Of Autonomy

Tesla's FSD is now called FSD Supervised, but it's likely going to be FSD Unsupervised one day. Tesla may even share that their dedicated robotaxi vehicle is going to start in select locations, like the Boring tunnel loops in Las Vegas, or in select cities.

I also hope that Tesla shares their timeline for when they think that FSD will reach that unsupervised stage. I see it happening toward the end of 2025/early 2026, but it is anybodies guess at this point, as Tesla is really at the forefront in innovation here. Nobody has ever done this before.

Are there other things that Tesla might share at this event that I might have missed?
