This is the Mercedes-Maybach S650 that debuted at the LA Auto Show. There will only be 300 of these models built, and 75 of them are coming to the U.S.
Based on the standard S-Class Cabriolet, the Maybach S650 features its own unique touches to stand out. There is a new front bumper, special fender emblems, forged 20-inch wheels, and the choice of three different themes with their own color and material choices. The interior features hand-finished leather amd special “1 of 300” lettering on the steering wheel and cup holder lid.
Other special items for the Maybach S650 are a set of bespoke luggage - two large travel bags and duet lifestyle totes -, embroidered car cove, and a welcome pack including a numbered keyring and a certificate signed by Dr. Dieter Zetsche - Chairman of Diamler AG and Mercedes-Benz cars.
Power comes from the S600 Cabriolet, a 6.0L twin-turbo V12 engine with 621 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. This comes paired with a seven-speed automatic.
No pricing has been announced, but we wouldn't be surprised if its above $250,000.
