You Have The Chance To Buy A Vehicle From The Fast and the Furious

Now if you were expecting the Dodge Charger driven by Vin Diesel's character or the Toyota Supra that Paul Walker drove in the first film, then you'll be slightly disappointed. The vehicle that will be heading onto the auction block is a 1995 Volkswagen Jetta driven by one of the lesser known characters, Jesse (played by Chad Lindberg) in the first film.

The specs of the Jetta isn't as hot as the movie would have you believe. Aside from the necessary decals describing what brands of aftermarket parts are being used on the vehicle, this Jetta packs a mostly stock 2.0L four-cylinder and four-speed automatic. Those hoping to recreate the 'Fast and Furious-y' constant gear changes will need to find another vehicle. The vehicle also boasts a custom stereo with a PlayStation 2 hooked up and features the signatures of Lindberg, Paul Walker, and and director Rob Cohen.

The Jetta is currently owned by Frankie Muniz, most notable for being the star of Malcolm in the Middle and Agent Cody Banks. Muniz bought the vehicle back in 2002 when he was about 16 years old.

The Jetta will be up for auction next month at the 2016 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction.
