DeltaWing builder suing Nissan over BladeGlider Concept

The designer and maker of the DeltaWing Coupe, a current FIA Formula One car design approved for use on the track, says that the BladeGlider Concept is an obvious infringement on his design and has asked a court to issue a cease-and-desist order on both the BladeGlider and ZEOD RC projects by Nissan.
