to lose about 13 billion on the GM loans...and while that is a massive chunk of change, the government spends money on far worse things that have far less positive impact on the country as a whole. i figure that those who oppose the bailouts to begin with will never be happy but those who simply dont think that the feds should have holdings in public companies will be happy to see the government out of the private sector.
