I was working on a similar article. So, I will have to take the angle of the IEA and Obama acting as speculators. I think it fits in parallel to your article. Will release in morning after I sleep on it, though.
I still fail to see how it equates to $1.50 less at the pump as your article title states. Not to be cheeky, but can you explain that formula and how it was derived?
