Tesla Sweeps The Manufacturer and Make Loyalty Category, Winning 5 Awards in Total

TESLA Just Toppled Ford From a Loyalty Throne It Held for 9 Years

Tesla has just toppled Ford from a throne the Detroit automaker has held for 9 years. S&P Global Mobility’s Automotive Loyalty Awards has revealed that Tesla now holds the “Overall Loyalty to Make” crown, a title Ford has held for nine years. Tesla’s impressive combination of a return-to-market consumer base and the majority of the BEV sales market share allowed them to earn this coveted crown. It wasn't just this one award that Tesla won, they were able to sweep the Manufacturer and Make Loyalty category, capturing five awards in total. Among these awards were the Ethnic Market Loyalty to Make, Most Improved Make Loyalty, Highest Conquest Percentage, and Alternative Powertrain Loyalty to Make. The latter two awards were actually repeats for Tesla, indicating that their innovation in alternative powertrain is unmatched in the industry.

Tesla’s make loyalty rate was an astonishing 67.2 percent, which is even more impressive considering that General Motors was able to retain its crown for Overall Loyalty to Manufacturer for the eighth consecutive year with a make loyalty rate of 65.4 percent. The Detroit Free Press has reported that Tesla has become a major player in the industry, making it impossible for traditional automakers to ignore them any longer. This win is a testament to the growing shift in consumer preferences towards electric vehicles and Tesla’s ability to capitalize on it. Tesla’s relentless pursuit of innovation in the alternative powertrain space has made them a leader in the industry and has certainly earned them the loyalty of their customers.

The automotive industry is changing rapidly, and Tesla is leading the charge. With this win, they have not only shown that they can compete with traditional automakers, but they have also surpassed them. Tesla’s success in capturing the loyalty of their customers is not only a testament to their innovation but also to their commitment to sustainability. As more consumers look for environmentally friendly options, Tesla has positioned themselves as a clear choice. It will be exciting to see what Tesla will do next, but one thing is for sure, they are certainly a force to be reckoned with in the automotive industry.
