In total, the massive indoor Ford display at the 2011 SEMA Show will offer up at least seven 2012 Ford Focus sedans and 5-doors, with varying levels of modification ranging from basic appearance changes to full high performance builds. While the array of Foci certain to only be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Ford’s products at the 2011 SEMA Show, the Focus is the first model that Ford has announced will have such a dynamic presence. Ford mentions that we can expect a look at the Focus ST and Fiesta ST alongside of some customized Fiestas, along with some modified Super Duty pickups and since it is Ford – we can be sure to see a healthy dose of awesome Mustangs.
The gallery on the right (click any of the thumbnails to access it) includes a look at the six highly modified Ford Focus 5-door models and the one new Focus sedan coming to the 2011 SEMA Show. These seven vehicles include the following variations:
2012 Ford Focus Sedan by Capaldi Racing – Capaldi Racing enhances the 2012 Ford Focus by adding a Borla catback exhaust system, a Ford Racing Performance Parts Torsen differential, a Green Filter custom intake, AST sport line suspension and Ford Racing sway bars. On the outside, Capaldi takes a minimalist approach to modifying the Focus sedan in adding European Focus HID headlamps and a front splitter.
2012 Ford Focus 5-Door by 3dCarbon – 3dCarbon adds a body kit of their own finished with a 3M satin body wrap and red trim. A set of Pirelli tires wrapped around red BBS rims finish the package and an Eibach spring package helps to improve the handling and the stance of the new 5-door.
2012 Ford Focus 5-Door by ROUSH Performance Products – The Roush built Ford Focus begins by adding Roush branded grille inserts, a chin spoiler and graphics with a Roush supercharger package, a high-flow induction setup and a dual exit exhaust package help to make this car run as great as it looks.
2012 Ford Focus 5-Door by The ID Agency – This 2012 Ford Focus is said to be inspired by the current tuning trends in the European and Japanese markets. The ID Agency adds a Wraptivo roof, Recaro race seats and dressed up interior while a Magnaflow catback system and Brembo big brake package enhance the performance of the Focus.
2012 Ford Focus 5-Door by Steeda – The Steeda name is well known in the world of Ford performance and with the Ford Focus, Steeda offers some performance modifications and appearance items. This starts with a Steeda cold air intake, a rear swaybar, a front tower brace and lowering springs to improve the performance of the Focus and on the outside, the Steeda Focus includes a 3dCarbon body kit and HRE monoblock wheels wrapped in Nitto tires.
2012 Ford Focus 5-Door by Bojix Design – The Focus Stage 2 as Bojix is calling it begins with a big brake kit, rear cross drilled rotors and an H&R lowering kit to enhance the handling with a Bojix body kit and Rennen 20” wheels improving on the sporty look of the Focus 5-door. Inside, Bojix adds Katzkin leather seats and door panels along with a high end rearview mirror system with panoramic view.
2012 Ford Focus 5-Door by COBB Tuning (shown above on the right) – Last but certainly not least is the new Ford Focus 5-door customized by the folks a COBB Tuning. COBB has added Cosworth COBB forged pistons, a COBB Tuning custom turbo kit mated to a unique exhaust manifold, and a COBB front-mounted intercooler, intake, and airbox setup. The handling is improved with a big brake package, an Eibach suspension and COBB Tuning bushings.
