Toyota Just Cut the MSRP of The 2017 RAV4 - New Price List Here

Toyota's RAV4 has dropped to third overall in sales in its segment. Shoppers considering the RAV4 may be happy to know Toyota just cut the MSRP significantly.

Toyota's RAV4 is no longer in first or second place among crossovers in sales. The Nissan Rogue and the Honda CR-V are doing very well and all three of these popular crossovers have their strengths. IN order to even things up and tip the playing field a little more in its direction Toyota just cut the prices on nearly all trims of the RAV4.

New RAV4 Price Cuts
Toyota has actually made two adjustments to the RAV4's prices. Both are almost unheard of in a mid-year sales cycle. First, it dropped the MSRP on all trims except the Platinum and Hybrids. Here are the new price reductions for all other trims:
$500 on all LE models
$925 on all Limited models
$1,195 on all SE models
$1,330 on all XLE models

Toyota also says it has bundled in more features to make these prices even greater in impact. Toyota says, "RAV4’s value has been further enhanced with the launch of several new Value Packages, offering up great equipment at a discount through the end of the 2017 model year."

Standard RAV4 Safety
In addition to the lower prices levels and bundled features Toyota remains the only mainstream automaker to offer its products with standard active safety on all its compact crossover trims.

Without a standout product - a resort to price "competition" = no sale. Happy that I bought two 2012 RAV4 V6 4WDs - that weren't purchased as a "bargain" but as high-value items. Lexus engine, Lexus shocks, Lexus brakes :).
