Consumer Reports' (by subscription) updated study found the thirteen best mainstream and luxury vehicles for tall people. Subaru has two models that make the 13-best list again and two models that are "other good choices."
The refreshed 2022 Subaru Forester compact SUV and the new 2022 Subaru Legacy midsize sedan win their categories again. The updated report says the 2022 Subaru Outback 2-Row SUV and the 2022 Subaru Impreza compact sedan and hatchback are considered "other good choices."

Subaru's design offers taller drivers more room than other models. It uses a modular chassis and the new platform allowed Subaru to increase driver and passenger space in the new-generation Forester, Legacy, Outback, and Impreza. All new 2022 Subaru models ride on the Subaru Global Platform, providing more interior room than previous-generation models.
