Hurry and Buy the 2024 Subaru Impreza, 2025 Impreza Pricing Goes Up With No Upgrades, It's a Carry-Over

Here is the new 2025 Subaru Impreza pricing and model guide. If you are considering buying the Impreza hatchback, you should act quickly. The 2025 price increases, but there are no changes or upgrades. Find out how much time you have until it arrives.

The 2025 Subaru Impreza is a carry-over.

For 2025, the Subaru Impreza compact hatch is a carry-over model, which means it will get zero new upgrades. It carries over unchanged, except it does come with a price increase.

Subaru of America says, "One year after a clean-sheet redesign, the sixth-generation compact hatchback features impressive styling, upgraded safety features, and an available 11.6-inch Subaru Starlink infotainment system."

"Returning for 2025, the Subaru Impreza RS trim level boasts a 2.5-liter Subaru Boxer engine making 182 horsepower, exclusive 18-inch wheels, and unique interior and exterior accents."

The 2025 Subaru Impreza continues to be offered in Base, Sport, and RS trim levels, exclusively as a 5-door hatchback "to emphasize the vehicle's versatility, capability, and sportiness," says the announcement.

Which Impreza trim is the best?

I like the Impreza RS. With the 2.5-liter engine upgrade, the Impreza RS will be a fast, fun-to-drive small hatch for driving enthusiasts. With the 2.5L engine upgrade, the Impreza RS is significantly improved over the Impreza Sport hatchback with the 2.0-liter engine in terms of driving performance. Read my Subaru Impreza Sport Vs. The best time to buy is now.

It's essential to note that Subaru retailers will want to move out the remaining 2024 Impreza models before the 2025 models arrive. You may be able to negotiate a lower MSRP price.

In an earlier report, Consumer Reports says the Impreza Sport trim is your best value choice now. It's selling for $434 under MSRP. Get the complete details in my report here

How long before the 2025 models arrive in U.S. showrooms?

Subaru of America says the 2025 Subaru Impreza hatchback will begin arriving at retailers later this year. This gives customers a short window in which to buy the 2024 Impreza.
