If you have been waiting for the 2020 Subaru Crosstrek, it’s coming with a number of upgrades over the outgoing model. If you don’t want to wait, you can still get special offers on the remaining 2019 Crosstrek models. This is the third year of the second-generation Crosstrek so there are minor changes, but improvements none the less.
For the 2020 model change, the Subaru Crosstrek gets new standard features including automatic climate control and a rear-seat reminder for added safety. The 2020 Crosstrek Compact SUV with automatic transmission also gets a 1 mpg combined city/highway improvement over the outgoing model. EPA says the manual gearbox model drops 1 mpg city.

The 2020 Crosstrek stays with the same 2.0-liter Boxer engine with minor tweaks to the CVT to squeeze out the 1 mpg increase. All Subaru Crosstrek trims will now come standard with EyeSight driver-assist system when equipped with the Lineartronic CVT automatic transmission. EyeSight includes adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist, among others.
Subaru of America has not released information on 2020 models, but Subaru Canada says the 2020 Crosstrek base trim will have a $100 price increase. Crosstrek also comes with Subaru's driver-selectable SI-DRIVE engine management system on EyeSight-equipped models.

Other new standard features include auto door lock/unlock, a collision detection unlock function and updated taillights, while the Touring trim adds new features like Subaru Starlink Connected Services, LED fog lights and proximity key with push-button start. Two new available colors are coming for the 2020 models change: Magnetite Grey Metallic and Pure Red.
You will still be able to get a 6-speed manual gearbox on the base and Premium trims, or the Lineartronic CVT automatic on all models. Of course, all Crosstrek models come standard with Subaru’s Symmetrical full-time all-wheel drive and 8.7-inches of ground clearance.
All CVT-equipped Crosstrek SUVs come with Subaru's X-Mode, which controls the engine output, all-wheel drive torque split and braking system to enable you to go on more extreme terrain and trails.
Subaru of America will be announcing pricing shorty. Look for the 2020 Subaru Crosstrek to arrive in showrooms later this fall. Stay tuned.

Turn the heater on, the cabin (including the steering wheel) will heat up nicely in a few minutes. If you're still being a wuss, where some gloves.

It has nothing to do with "where-ing" gloves and being a "wuss" toughskin, it's about expecting certain amenities to be included in a vehicle at certain price point ($30,000+) would be 1 of them.

No one is towing Crosstreks and that behemoth motorhome shouldn't be on the road, clogging up a lane. At your weight (I'm guessing) probably all seats are uncomfortable for you.
