Tesla Cybertrucks Spotted
There have been many different Cybertruck sightings lately. There were five different Cybertrucks spotted, including one on a flatbed truck for transport. There are also Cybertrucks with a camouflage wrap on them.

With all these Cybertruck sightings, it makes me think that Tesla is getting to the final stages of proving it out and getting the final customer version ready. It's not even the end of Q2 in 2023. Tesla has said that the first Cybertrucks will be released in Q4 of 2023, and I think Tesla could release its first Cybertrucks in Q3 of 2023.
The reason I think this is that we are seeing more and more of them on the roads. Instead of the occasional sighting on a test track, we are seeing more and more of them being transported and tested.
I wouldn't be surprised if we see more of these sightings of the Cybertruck. Tesla is getting ready for a big release, and not since the Model Y has there been a release this big for Tesla.

Release Sooner Than Expected
All of this leads me to believe that the Cybertruck could be released sooner than expected. Of course, many would argue that the Cybertruck is already well behind schedule from the original intended launch date of late 2021. However, I think we're finally going to see the Cybertruck this year, and sooner than the latest release date that was given for Q4 of 2023.
The Tesla website has some updated information on the Cybertruck. There are 4 primary sections:
* Manage Order
* Support
* Trade-in Estimate
* Documents
I got a call from a Tesla rep yesterday because I used the trade-in estimate link to see what I could get for my Model 3 RWD from 2022. The amount is only an estimate, but it was around $30,000. That's only a little bit more than what my loan is, so not worth it at all to trade it in to me. Of course, the price could fluctuate in the future, and we'll see how that goes.
Support talks about charging and different articles regarding the Cybertruck. The trade-in estimate will let you see what you can get for an existing vehicle. I think the estimates are a little low as a 2022 Model 3 RWD for $30,000 seems like a rip-off to me when the price of a 2023 Model 3 RWD is just over $40,000.
Still, it's good to see Tesla updating its website with more information on the Cybertruck, and I expect we'll see even more updates. Existing Tesla customers are part of the market for the upcoming Cybertruck, and I suspect Tesla will try to get people to trade in their existing Model 3 or Model Y and get a Cybertruck.
Look for a possible release of the first Cybertrucks at an event sometime toward the end of Q3 of 2023.
Do you think the Cybertruck will get released early?
