Today, I Used The Cybertruck To Bumper Tow My 10K Trash-Trailer For a Dump Run - Best Towing Experience I've Ever Had

I understand that the Cybertruck is considered a "pickup truck" and not a heavy-duty towing truck. However, my experience with the Cybertruck was the best bumper-towing experience l've ever had.

Ford F250 Owner Uses a Cybertruck For Towing

A previous owner of a Ford F-250 - one of the most premier trucks on the market for heavy towing, recently shared their experience using a Cybertruck for towing. They had this to share:

My previous truck was a diesel Ford F250. I am also very experienced in operating rig equipment.

Today, I used the Cybertruck to bumper tow my 10k trash-trailer for a dump run.

I understand that the Cybertruck is considered a "pickup truck" and not a heavy-duty towing truck. However, my experience with the Cybertruck was the best bumper-towing experience I've ever had.

The owner goes on to say the following:

1. The camera accurately aligns the ball with the hitch. The visual angle was perfect!

2. Once the trailer mount is lined up, the truck remains stationary, without rolling forward even a millimeter. The electric motor stops and holds position. Impressive!

3. The torque generated by the electric motor is remarkable.

We've seen the Cybertruck do towing of very large rockets in the past, including towing a SpaceX engine rocket booster. This particular owner shares his satisfaction with the impressive towing capabilities of the Tesla Cybertruck.

Cybertruck - More Than Just a Cool Truck

The Cybertruck, through a very futuristic and technologically advanced truck, is much more than just being a cool truck. It has practical utility in the real world with its towing capability.

This particular truck also appeared to be wrapped with a black matte wrap finish, giving it a dark and sleek look.

This Cybertruck owner shared his thoughts over on the Cybertruck Owners Only forum, where Nic Cruz Patane reported it.

Something that I think Cybertruck owners will get excited about is being able to tow a Light Ship. What is a Light Ship, you might ask? It's a futuristic motor home, that generates its own power while being towed.

This is the perfect thing for a Cybertruck to tow, and the two can work in tandem to reduce the energy needed for towing.

The Light Ship RV is a new RV that is taking reservations and has many cool features. You can read more about them here.
