This tweet and the video it contains comes to us from Twitter user and Lucid Air Dream Edition owner Tesla2Lucid, who was one of the first customers to take delivery of his new luxury EV at October's Lucid Rally. It shows just how fast the Air can take on charge, bearing in mind that this isn't even its maximum charging speed.
300 miles of charge in 20 minutes IS achievable with the #LucidAir. BUT here's why I was close but did not achieve it on this charge session... "your mileage may vary." At this particular @ElectrifyAm pump the stated 350 kW maxed at only 250 kW; not sure why but... pic.twitter.com/zC10Yq0Qan— Tesla2Lucid (@Tesla2Lucid2) November 10, 2021
The Lucid Air is designed to be compatible with the various public charging stations that are springing up across the country. Some of these stations (this one included) are fast-charging setups with the ability to supply the juice at 350 kW. For reasons unknown to Tesla2Lucid and ourselves, this one was only supplying energy at 250 kw.
Regardless of the restricted output, it's still pretty amazing to see just how fast the Air is able to add range in this video. Beginning at a rate of 19 mi/min before slowing down, Tesla2Lucid2's car was still able add 232 miles of range in twenty minutes. Not so long ago that kind of range would have required an overnight charge, but no longer. With charging speeds like these you could charge back up to your full 520 mile range in the time it takes to have dinner, and thanks to Lucid's deal with Electrify America it wouldn't cost you a penny.

Great find and post. But you guys might want to add Lucid to the list of manufactures on your website. I don't see their name under your list of automotive brands.
