In his new role, Mr. Everitt is tasked with overseeing Lucid Group's global legal affairs and offering strategic legal counsel to facilitate the Company's ambitious growth initiatives in the production of electric vehicles. With a demonstrated history of legal expertise spanning two continents, Mr. Everitt brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industry, government, and law firms to Lucid's leadership team.

Mr. Everitt joins Lucid following a successful 12-year tenure at Mercedes-Benz, where he held various leadership positions in the U.S. and Germany, ultimately serving as the General Counsel of Mercedes-Benz North America. Before his tenure at Mercedes-Benz, Mr. Everitt served as an Assistant United States Attorney and practiced law at the esteemed firm White & Case LLP.
