Breaking: 2023 Toyota Camry Has Mysterious New “Underground” Look

Toyota Camry is getting a new look for 2023. We thought we already had the full details on what is new for 2023 Camry.

But there is more.

2023 Toyota Camry Updates

Toyota has announced an updated 2023 Camry SE Nightshade Edition. Especially interesting to me is the combination of new color Reservoir Blue with 19-inch bronze-finished wheels.

We will also be seeing Cavalry Blue extended to the 2023 Camry SE and XSE trim levels as well.

But there is something even cooler coming this model year. At least I think it is.

2023 Toyota Camry TRD

Toyota has started a pretty cool history of headline colors for its performance Camry TRD line in recent years.

For example, Ice Edge was the signature 2021 Camry TRD color. Last year for 2022 the Camry TRD headline color was the ever-popular Cavalry Blue (my top TRD Pro color by the way).

This year, for 2023 Camry, Toyota is introducing Underground Gray for the 2023 Toyota Camry TRD.

Although no pictures have been disclosed yet by Toyota, Underground Gray has been described in a 2023 Toyota Corolla press release as “elegant”.

Elegant. Interesting.

2023 Camry TRD Colors

People in the market for a Toyota Camry TRD can choose from four different color options for 2023.

Look for Cavalry Blue with Midnight Black roof, Midnight Black Metallic, Underground Gray with Midnight Black roof, and Wind Chill Pearl with Midnight Black roof.

Underground Gray Camry Plus

Underground Gray can not only be found on 2023 Toyota Camry TRD, but also in the 2023 Corolla sedan color lineup.

No images have been released yet of this mysterious Underground Gray color on either Camry or Corolla.
