Drive a Hellcat Challenger Virtually with Forza Motorsport 6

While the vast majority of muscle car lovers in the United States may not ever be able to drive the highest performance muscle cars in the real world, the Forza Motorsport driving simulator series has long offered gamers a chance to virtually experience cars like the 662 horsepower Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang and the 2013 Corvette ZR1 – both of which are available on the game Forza Motorsport 5 and the open-world racer Forza Horizon 2. However, with the Hellcat Challenger having been introduced more than a year ago and the first anniversary of the Hellcat order bank opening quickly arriving, the Hellcat name still hasn’t popped up in any of the Forza driving simulators.

The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat will be one of the hundreds of cars available for driving in Forza Motorsport 6, but it is also one of the cars which gets a special pre-order bonus edition package. Those folks who pre-order Forza Motorsport 6 from their local GameStop outlet or from GameStop Online will get a code for a specially prepared Hellcat Challenger, similar to the one shown in blue above. This special “Team Forza” Challenger Hellcat will likely feature some unique tuning features, offering improved performance over the Hellcat Challenger on sale in the game’s showroom.

Basically, the Team Forza Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat will be a higher rated car in stock form than the non-special edition Hellcat Challenger and unless you preorder the game from GameStop, you will not have access to this special Mopar muscle car.

The Greatest Muscle Car Ever in the Greatest Driving Simulator Ever
The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is the most powerful and the quickest muscle car ever, so it seems very fitting that it will make its video game debut in the greatest driving simulator ever. Forza Motorsport 6 builds on a long, successful series and when FM6 arrives with the Hellcat Challenger, Mopar lovers will be able to thrash their trash-talking buddies in their virtual Mustangs and Camaros in a venue where it wont cost them $65,000 and where no one can get hurt.

Forza Motorsport 6 officially arrives on September 15th, but those folks who order the Ultimate Edition online get to start playing the game on September 10th. I will be virtually driving the Hellcat Challenger on the 10th and starting on the 15th, I will be driving it on my Limited Edition Ford GT-inspired Forza Motorsports Xbox One console.
