2014 Subaru Forester, XV, and BRZ to compete with Europe's finest cars

Subaru cars will now be available in Newcastle where motorists will have access to Subaru’s reliable, all conditions All-Wheel Drive Subaru vehicles for the first time. Following the appointment of approved dealer, Subaru Newcastle, English motorists in the Tyne & Wear area of Northumberland will be able to buy the new Forester SUV, XV crossover and BRZ sports car.

Subaru is growing globally and is expanding into the Newcastle area of England for the first time. Subaru Newcastle will be run by a daughter and father team, Louise Parker and her father Peter Dalkin. They have automotive roots dating back to 1925 with another family-owned business called Wingrove Motor Company.

Peter Dalkin knows the Subaru brand well as he competed in high-level rallying in the 1980s. Dealer Principal Louise Parker commented on her father’s racing experience, “My father’s connection to rallying is really where our links to the Subaru brand were born; everyone knows of Subaru’s impressive competition legacy in the sport.”

The new Subaru dealership has a newly-constructed 200 square-meter showroom, purpose-built to house the full range of All-Wheel Drive Subaru vehicles, including the brand’s best-selling 2014 Forester SUV, the new XV compact crossover and critically-acclaimed BRZ sports car.  Full sales, aftersales, and servicing facilities are available on site, partnered by a fully authorized workshop and service center.
