Model X Laser Ambient Lighting: And Tesla Customizations You May Not Have Heard About

There's a video of a Model X that has laser ambient lighting going on throughout the entire inside of the vehicle. There are many other customizations you can do that aren't well known.

Model X Laser Ambient Lighting

You can do a variety of customizations to your Tesla and if you are wondering what those customizations are, you have come to the right place!

The first customization is adding laser ambient lighting. In this case, a Model X had laser ambient lighting added to the inside along the edges of the car at the top of the doors and dashboard in the front.

The laser lights can be seen in the below video moving along, providing a very sleek and futuristic look to the inside of the vehicle.

Larry EvMod on X.com claims to be the only one so far that has the Model X laser ambient lighting. He also says that this only works for the refreshed Model X.

Wraps For Your Tesla

Another way to customize your Tesla is wraps. I recently wrote about a Black matte wrap that has been seen on the Cybertruck and on renderings of the new Tesla Roadster. People add wraps to give their Tesla a unique look.

There was even a Tesla wrapped with an iridescent wrap to make it look like a unicorn Tesla.

Other Customizations

Wheel Covers

There are a variety of 3rd party companies that sell wheel covers and in one case, new wheel covers were added to a Tesla to increase the range on it.

There are plenty of places that sell wheel covers - both online and locally.

Kim Java is known for customizing her Tesla vehicles heavily. There are two customizations that she has done involving screens.

The first is she modified the center screen for her Model 3 to make it so that it can swivel and move.

The second customization involved adding a smaller screen console just above the steering wheel area of her Model 3.

You can even get new headlights for your Tesla and in this case, Kim put on new LED headlights that look very cool.

Lastly, you can even customize the steering wheel for your Tesla.

In this case, Kim added a padded yoke steering wheel because the existing steering wheel was not up to par for what she wanted.

I think the padded yoke steering wheel looks nice - what do you think about it?

Future Customizations

One thing I am really excited about is customizing the software of a Tesla vehicle.

With Grok AI being used in the future by Tesla, there is some major synergy here - just like when a Tesla Cybertruck was seen hauling a SpaceX rocket.

The synergy here is that developers will be able to customize the software of the Tesla to create what I hope is a Tesla Talking Car.

This will lead to much more verbal interaction with a Tesla vehicle than is going on right now!

What do you think about these customizations for your Tesla - would you do any of them?

It would mean so much to me if you would share this article with friends and family and on social media! Thank you so much for your support!
