2023 Jeep Wrangler's New Colors are Going "Regal"

Jeep enthusiasts know that every year the company releases special colors for a limited time. We now know what the two new colors will be for the 2023 Jeep Wrangler and the new hues will give the popular Wrangler a regal flair. Earl is a new shade of gray and Reign is a vibrant purple.

Earl and Reign New Colors for the 2023 Jeep Wrangler

Earl is a gray that was first shown on the Jeep Gladiator Farout concept in 2020. This will be the first time that it will be available as a Jeep Wrangler exterior color. The fact that it is not being called a limited-production color would suggest that it will be available as an exterior color for more than one year. Earl, with a U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $395, will be available for the entire 2023 model year.

Reign is being listed as a limited-production color, so the vivid purple is available for a short-time only. Its availability is similar to last year’s Gobi (a sand color)and 2021’s Nacho (bright orange) and Tuscadero (metallic pink). Jeep last offered a shade of purple in 2018. Limited-production Reign, with a MSRP of $495, can be ordered now through October.

“We received a lot of positive feedback on Earl when it debuted on the Gladiator Farout concept, and we work to deliver what our customers tell us they want,” said Jim Morrison, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. “These limited-run colors like Earl and Reign draw a huge enthusiast following because they’re exciting, authentic and stand out, much like the Jeep community.”

How to Get the New Jeep Wrangler Colors

Both of the new colors are available for dealer orders now. The two new colors will be customized right at the factory. Buying a special color straight from Jeep means that it will also be easier to buy touch-up paint and match the special color, if you are ever in an accident. The new colors are available on all Wrangler models, including Sport, Sahara, Rubicon, 4xe, 392 and the new Freedom Editions. Jeep did not say if the new colors will be available on the 2023 Gladiator, at this point.

Other colors for the 2023 Jeep Wrangler are Firecracker Red, High Velocity, Hydro Blue, Sarge Green, Silver Zynith, Sting Gray, Granite Crystal, Black and Bright White.
