Usually when we see special vehicles destined for certain regions, they are pickups designed for Texas or Jeeps detailed for Florida. Jeep’s newest 2025 Jeep Gladiator is designed for hitting the trails in California. The 2025 Jeep Gladiator Big Bear Edition takes its name from the popular destination known for both winter and summer outdoor activities, like skiing, snowboarding, hiking and camping.
“Our 2025 Jeep® Gladiator Big Bear Edition brings Californians their own unique take on the Gladiator, with a pickup truck that delivers popular content as standard and at a great value, plus signature Jeep capability and class-exclusive open-air freedom,” said Bob Broderdorf, chief executive officer, Jeep brand. “It's the perfect companion for exploring California’s standout geography, whether you're heading to its sandy shores, rugged peaks or expansive deserts.”
2025 Jeep Gladiator Big Bear Edition
Jeep’s midsize pickup is getting a lot more attention lately, for its off-road prowess and unique Jeep design. Gladiator is the only pickup truck in the industry with a folding windshield, three removable roof choices and removal doors.
The Big Bear special-edition model features 17-inch black-painted aluminum wheels, 32-inch mud-terrain tires, steel rock rails, a body-color hardtop and black McKinley-trimmed leather seating.
Jeep Gladiator which shared many of its parts with the Jeep Wrangler was engineered to be the most off-road-capable Jeep truck ever. It offers best-in-class 4x4 payload and unsurpassed towing. The 2025 Jeep Gladiator Big Bear Edition builds on the well-equipped Jeep Gladiator Sport S. It has a specially designed Big Bear hood and rear tailgate badging. It comes with the Jeep Command-Trac 4x4 part-time and two-speed transfer case with a 2.72:1 low-range gear ratio.

2025 Jeep Gladiator Designed for Adventure
As I reported in January, Autotrader of Canada selected the 2025 Jeep Gladiator and Jeep Wrangler as the “Best Vehicle for Adventure” in its 2025 AutoTrader Awards. Apparently, the vote was a tie for the two Jeep models. This is the third time that the two vehicles, which are designed for both on and off-roading, have shared the Adventure award.
"This repeat recognition from the experts at AutoTrader.ca underscores that There’s Only One 4x4 brand which satisfies the drive to explore without limits," said Bob Broderdorf, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. "Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator stand as unparalleled siblings, delivering unmatched capability, exceptional open-air freedom, and iconic Jeep design, backed by over 80 years of 4x4 engineering excellence.”
