The Ram 2500 Power Wagon is the toughest off-road truck in the ¾-ton segment and it is arguably the best off-roading production truck on sale today. Within the half-ton Ram lineup, the Rebel is the toughest off-roader and with that capable 1500, Mojave Sand is the second most popular color. Based on the popularity of the unique tan hue on the 1500 Rebel, the Ram brand has launched the Mojave Sand package for the 2500 Power Wagon – incorporating the tan exterior paint with the 8.4-inch infotainment system and the Heavy Duty Luxury Group.
“The Ram Power Wagon is the most off-road capable production pickup in the market today and offering the new Mojave Sand limited edition will appeal to enthusiasts looking for a truck that stands above the crowd,” said Jim Morrison, Head of Ram Brand – FCA North America. “Power Wagon is extraordinarily competent off road and provides both the towing and payload required in a heavy-duty truck.”
Mojave Sand Power Wagon
On the outside, the Mojave Sand package of course begins with the paint code that shares the package name. As you can see in the image above, this package also includes the “vintage macho” Power Wagon graphics and new all-black wheels. There is also a black grille and loads of other black trim, giving this Ram 2500 package a very military look.
On the inside, the Ram 2500 Power Wagon Mojave Sand edition includes the premium 8.4-inch UConnect infotainment system along with the Heavy Duty Luxury Group. That popular equipment group includes LED bed lighting, an overhead console, power heated/folding mirrors and a universal garage door opener.
The Ram Power Wagon Mojave Sand edition is available only as a Crew Cab with a starting MSRP of $54,830 (not including the $1,695 destination fee). That includes the standard 6.4-liter Hemi V8 and four-wheel-drive, as well as all of the other features of this high performance off-road package. Production of this package will be limited to just 1,500 units, so if you want one, you might want to talk to your local Ram dealership about ordering the Mojave Sand edition 2019 Ram 2500 Power Wagon.
