How You Can Win A 2020 Subaru Forester Sport For $100

How would you like to win a new 2020 Subaru Forester Sport compact SUV and give to an organization that serves victims of domestic violence and child abuse? You can by purchasing a raffle ticket for $100 from the Children's Home Society (CHS) "For the Kids" charity fundraiser this year. The South Dakota nonprofit human services organization will sell only 400 tickets to win the new SUV.

Your donation will go to help provide programs and services for children, women, and families in need throughout the Sioux Falls community. CHS is South Dakota's oldest nonprofit human services organization and serves victims of domestic violence and child abuse by providing emergency shelter, residential treatment, education, foster care, and adoption services.

You could win a Crystal White Pearl 2020 Subaru Forester Sport compact SUV valued at $31,185 for your $100 donation. The new all-wheel-drive vehicle was donated by Schulte Subaru in Sioux Falls, SD.

The Forester Sport compact SUV is all-wheel-drive and comes with extras above the standard model. It comes with 18-inch black alloy wheels, keyless access with push-button start, SI-DRIVE, two-tone cloth upholstery with orange contrast stitching, and orange accents and badging on the outside.

As with most raffles, you will need to comply with IRS regulations, prior to taking possession of the car. Within 60 days of the drawing, the winner will be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, complete a Form W-9, and pay (via cashier’s check) Federal Income Tax withholding of 24 percent of the value of the car: $7,484.00.

The winner will be required to make arrangements with Children’s Home Foundation staff to receive the Subaru Forester in Sioux Falls, SD, and will be responsible for any arrangements and expenses for delivery of the vehicle to any location outside of the area. CHS can take your picture, use your name, and use it in the promotion of the non-profit.

You can purchase tickets from volunteers by cash or check or use a credit card. The drawing for the 2020 Subaru Forester Sport will be held no later than September 15 and the winner will be notified by phone and/or mail/email. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling CHS at (605) 965-3114 during normal business hours.
